Stir Fry Beef with Pears and Vegetables

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1.25 lbs beef strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 bunch of mustard greens
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 2 each pears
  • 1/4 cup Coco Aminos
  • olive oil
  • paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Pre-Cook (Mise En Place)

  • Gather your equipment: Saute Pan, cutting board, knife
  • Preheat your Saute Pan on Medium High Heat
  • Slice red onion, slice bell peppers, and pears
  • Wash and rinse the mustard greens, drain them, and chop into large chunks

Cooking Method:

  • Add 1 tbsp oil to the saute pan, add the beef and red onion and stir fry until golden brown (cook for 5 to 7 minutes until the meat cooks through)
  • Add the 1/4 cup of coco aminos, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, and 2 tsp salt and pepper to your preferred taste.
  • Add the bell peppers and cook until they soften
  • Then add the mustard greens and cook until wilted
  • At the end, add the fresh pears and mix in with the beef and vegetable mixture
