Place the chicken thighs in a mixing bowl and add the soy sauce, juice of an orange, honey, garlic powder, and sesame oil. Mix it all together making sure the chicken is fully coated.
Then, place the thighs in the Air Fryer and cook them at 360F for 23 to 25 minutes (you'll want to make sure it gets nice and crispy). After it cooks, check the temperature with a thermometer making sure it reaches an internal cook temperature of 165F.
Next, remove the chicken and place the broccoli in the air fryer. Sprinkle with the seasonings and sesame oil and cook at 360F for 5 minutes.
Notes
If you don't have an air fryer, place the chicken on a sheet pan and bake it in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 400F. Bake the broccoli florets for 8-10 minutes.
