Place the beef on the preheated indoor griddle/grill and sear the beef on each side for 2-3 minutes
Remove the beef from the indoor griddle/grill and place it on a sheet pan. Place it in the oven for 15 minutes until the beef cooks all the way through.
While the beef is cooking, place the veggies on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, season with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp salt and pepper
Add it to the oven and cook for 15 minutes
When the beef is finished, set it aside to cool for 5 minutes
Slice the beef cross wise
Remove the veggies from the oven and serve with the beef slices
