Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce until well blended.
Add olive oil to a wok on medium high heat and saute the cubed chicken pieces for about 7 to 10 minutes until it fully cooks and turns golden brown.
Next, add the sliced onions, green onions, celery, and carrots and continue to stir for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Then, add the peanut sauce to the wok and stir until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
