Ingredients
  

  • 1 each large egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 425F
  • Whisk the eggs and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl
  • Add the crushed pineapple and grated carrots
  • Then, add the flour and baking powder. Mix well
  • Grease the baking dish with oil
  • Pour in the batter and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the center is firmly set
