(Birch Bender's Keto Pancake Mix or any low carb brand)

water

mixed nuts
(cashews and almonds)

raspberries

olive oil
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix with water
Add oil to a pan on medium heat
Pour the batter into the pan making 4 inch pancakes
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip it over to cook the other side for another minute
Serve with fresh raspberries and mixed nuts
