Feb 8 Meal Plan

Hello Foodie Friends! Thank you for joining our Member’s Page. Each week, we will feature a variety of recipe ideas and meal plans to help you prep healthy meals during the week.

If you are new to meal prep, we’ve got you covered. You can learn meal prep tips in our Meal Prep 101 section and also have access to Simple Meal Plans each week to get you started with easy breakfast and lunch recipes.

If you want to expand your meal prep experience, you will also have access to a variety of Weekly Meal Plans and Specialty Diet Meal Plans with additional recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

In general, the meal plan guides are for 4 days with 2 recipes each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This will allow you to have the flexibility to enjoy a meal out and plan around your schedule.

The meal plans start off with servings for one person but are absolutely customizable if you want to prepare extra servings for more people in your home. As an added bonus, we are providing access to Recipe Inspirations if you are wanting to prepare extra meals for the whole week.

Included is the menu, ingredient list, equipment list, cooking sequencing steps, recipes by meal type, and assembly tips for storage, refrigeration, and reheating food items. Here are a few highlights to note:

  • Recipes can be prepped daily or prepared in advance
  • We recommend eating all meals within 4 days of prepping
  • Meals can be reheated in the microwave, oven, or stove
  • For food storage, we recommend using food-safe glass containers or BPA free plastic containers
  • Check out www.fda.gov/food for food safety tips on storage, preparation, and reheating instructions
