4 day meal plan. Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. Meals are sized for one person but can easily be adjusted up for additional servings or days.

Breakfast: Egg Quesadilla, Turkey Sausage & Apple Hash

Lunch: Mushroom Chicken w/ Cabbage & Potato, Stuffed Bell Peppers

Dinner: Fish Tacos, Marinara Meat Sauce with Zoodles
