4 day meal plan. Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. Meals are sized for one person but can easily be adjusted up for additional servings or days.

Breakfast: Breakfast Torta, Yogurt with Blueberries

Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken Tender Salad, Beef Taco Salad

Dinner: Salmon with Cilantro Cauliflower Rice, Baked Teriyaki Chicken Drumsticks with Green Beans
