4 day meal plan. Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. Meals are sized for one person but can easily be adjusted up for additional servings or days.

Breakfast: Egg Frittata, Overnight Oats

Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad, Squash Noodle Salad w/ Turkey Bacon

Dinner: Beef Taco Boats, Pesto Chicken and Green Beans
