4 day meal plan. Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes. Meals are sized for one person but can easily be adjusted up for additional servings or days.

Breakfast: Egg Frittata, Cinnamon Apples & Oatmeal

Lunch: Tomato Pesto Chicken Salad, Beef Fajita Salad

Dinner: Turkey Sausage & Potato Soup, Balsamic Chicken w/ Acorn Squash & Kale
