Basic Steps to Make Sauteed Pesto Chicken

  1. Thaw out the frozen artichokes according to the packaging instructions or drain the artichokes if you are using canned.
  2. Cut the bell peppers and chicken into one-inch chunks
  3. Next, add oil to a saute pan on medium-high heat and saute the chicken for a few minutes until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Then, add the bell peppers and artichokes and cook until they are tender.
