
Tilapia with Zucchini and Bell peppers

Ingredients
- 2 lbs tilapia
- 2 each zucchini squash
- 1 each red bell pepper
- olive oil
- paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Pre-Cook (Mise En Place)
- Gather your equipment: oven/toaster, sheet pan, cutting board, knife
- Preheat your oven to 425F
- Season tilapia with 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, and 2 tsp salt and pepper covering the whole surface area of the tilapia
- Wash and rinse the bell peppers and zucchini squash
- Slice the bell peppers into thin slices. Slice the squash into 1/4 inch circles. Season the veggies with 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, and 2 tsp salt and pepper
Cooking Method:
- Place the tilapia and veggies on a sheet pan. Drizzle ingredients with olive oil and place it in the oven for 15 minutes until it cooks through
