Squash Spirals with Broccoli Stir Fry

  • 1 package (10oz) squash spirals
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup red onions (diced)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp coco aminos
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil


  • Add olive oil to the saute pan on medium-high heat and saute the red onion until it softens
  • Next add the broccoli and squash and saute for 4 to 5 minutes until tender
  • Season the veggies with garlic powder
  • Then, the coco aminos (or soy sauce) and mix well
